Seeking an excellent loan processor with a minimum of 3 years
experience processing FHA and government mortgage loans along with
conventional loans. Must have strong skills in reading and
comprehending personal and business tax returns as they relate to
qualifying borrowers. Ability to process a loan file from start to
finish in a professional efficient manner. Must be proficient with
DO/DU, LP and calyx point processing software. Must have strong
communication skills and the ability to work with multiple loan
officers/personalities. Looking for a motivated, energetic, hard
