POSITION OPENINGS:

Part-time and full-time permanent positions are now open with a set
schedule.
Relief Staff: Work a variety of programs at times that work for
you!
Here is a glimpse at what we do:
You may work in a home environment teaching people how to prepare
meals, clean, play games, and get ready for the day ahead. You may
go on community outings as you teach social skills. You will be
challenged at times, delighted at others, and never, ever bored!
OUR FAMILY AT OPTIONS:
We are a non-profit organization serving 200 people from Paso Robles
to Santa Maria. Established in 1984, OPTIONS strives to help people
with disabilities meet their wants and desires as citizens within
their community. We emphasize self-reliance and community
participation at every level. Our mission statement: "full
inclusion."
WHAT WE NEED RIGHT NOW:
We are looking for people who have a calling to work with
developmentally disabled people. Many of our programs operate 24
hours a day, thus we need people who have a wide range of
availability. We are looking for people who are flexible and want
to work. We are interested in meeting people who have worked with
developmentally disabled individuals, are educated in a related
field or who simply want to learn about the population we serve. We
want to work with people who want to grow with us.

Starting pay ranges from $9.25 - $11.75 per hour.
A FEW QUALIFICATIONS:
You must pass a criminal background check... have a valid California
Drivers License, and clean DMV (naughty driving can catch up to
you!)
